United States & Canada

Luxury sedans and SUVs

  • Airport transfer cancellations should generally be confirmed at least 4 hours before scheduled pickup.
  • Hourly or as-directed services should generally be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Premium, specialty, and large vehicles

  • Premium SUV, S-Class, 7-Series, Range Rover, Sprinter, coach, bus, and specialty vehicle cancellations may require 12 to 24 hours of notice or more.
  • Minimum-hour requirements, deposits, or prepayment may apply depending on vehicle type, market, and supplier requirements.

International Service

All regions outside the U.S. and Canada

  • Airport transfer cancellations should generally be confirmed at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
  • Hourly or as-directed services should generally be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Exact fees vary by location, vehicle, partner policy, local rules, and the confirmed service quote.

Special Events and High-Demand Periods

Sporting events, concerts, conferences, festivals, exhibitions, peak travel periods, and high-profile movements may require longer cancellation windows, deposits, non-refundable payments, or custom cancellation terms. Event-specific terms will be provided with the quote or confirmation when applicable.

Cancellation fees may include estimated transfer or hourly charges, fuel surcharge, gratuity, service charge, special event surcharge, partner fees, and any additional fees required for the confirmed service. If a confirmation or quote includes service-specific terms, those terms control for that booking.
